U.S. Open final: Novak Djokovic rolls past Ben Shelton 6-3, 6-2, 7-6, 7-4 to move into the US Open final. Playing in his first-ever Grand Slam semi-final, the 21-year-old American came out firing on all cylinders but was unable to make much of an impact against the always-impressive Serb.
Djokovic, the world No. 2, was simply unstoppable throughout the entire match as he dominated from start to finish. Djokovic said during his on-court interview after the win. After the win during his on-court interview, Djokovic said,
